Just an update that the verdict is that the lump is a fibrous mass...also could be scar tissues from an abscess I had in December....yeah...super joy. That really did almost kill me. I ended up trying sulfa drugs out of desperation to stay out of the hospital AND stay alive. I am not so allergic to them. I kind of wondered about that anyway.
I was just always told I am allergic to them for a very long time...I don't ever recall an allergic reaction.

I am sorry I didn't say anything sooner...I had a mountain of homework due today.
I missed a day of work this past week, and had to really push to finish it all...I got it all done but one drawing. :(
I will have at least one letter grade taken away for being late.
That will teach me to nurse my husband who had surgery this past week, and to be at the hospital all day while they performed this surgery.

Much relief all round I reckon.

Sometimes, the long awaited "Light at the End of the Tunnel" is an oncoming train.
Again, I'm glad it was good news!

Doing great! I don't even think Connor remembers having his broken leg last summer. He and Bella spend as much time fighting over toys and my attention as they do playing together. Gabby is loving school (started this year). And my three teenage girls are all healthy and doing well in school too. :)

How are your girls doing?

I'm sorry...i really am behind on things. I didn't know he had broken his leg.

My girls are good. Becca is going into classes for gifted children next year. She didn't want to change classes this year.
Donna is doing very well in school. She hates it but she is trying and doing fine. No preemie developmental delays in learning as far as I can see. In fact she is rather cunning, and smart in her own way.
Becca is almost 4'7"!
Donna had to get glasses...far sighted. She is so cute in them!
Becca has been doing better health wise...since she changed schools.

Thanks.

Bill has cancer.

Tell Donna that I am far-sighted too (have been since my mid-20s), and it just means that we get to see everything in a lovely soft focus. :)

I am so sorry to hear about Bill. Is it treatable?

My mom came for a visit last summer and fell while holding Connor (complete accident). His leg was broken high on the upper leg bone. He spent a week in traction and 4 weeks in a hip-spica cast (covered him from his waist to his toes on both legs with a bar between his knees holding them apart). It happened just as he was about to take his first steps. He's doing great now, but he still has some scars on his back where the cast rubbed sores in his skin.
